Wills are not private!

Did you know that a Will may be private while you live, but once you pass, a Will must be lodged with the court, thus making it a part of public record. Contact an Estate Planning attorney at the Law Office of Ishajeet Kakkar to find out how a living trust can help you keep your personal and financial affairs private.
